Producing & Consulting

The effective management and delivery of productions, co-productions and touring, including planning, managing budgets, tour booking, managing the production team and evaluation of projects.


To plan and develop productions, support new commissions, research titles and investigate rights ownership and options on prospective productions and support the development and maintenance of relationships with regional, national and international co-producers


To devise appropriate budgets for all activity, monitoring expenditure and income, monitoring sales figures on tour, and overseeing production teams to ensure budgetary control is maintained and invoices, petty cash and payment of fees and wages are arranged and up-to-date.

Relationship Management

Maintaining relationships with venues and producers undertaking tour booking within the UK and internationally, negotiating contracts with venues, monitoring sales, dealing with settlements and ensuring effective communication is maintained.


To manage the internal and external administration of productions including ensuring a smooth flow of communication to staff and creative teams nationally and internationally.

To manage the casting and contracting of all productions.


To manage the appointments of creative teams and stage management for productions, including contracting, the ongoing and effective supervision and motivation of teams, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective contribution to the achievement of the artistic, audience and financial objectives.
